Duncan Hunter has been a leader in the fight
against illegal immigration since he entered office in 1981. Mr. Hunter stood in opposition to the Immigration Reform
and Control Act signed by President Reagan in 1986 because it provided benefits to those who had broken U.S. laws. Mr. Hunter's
